We offer a range of red wines made from the Gamay grape variety and a white wine vintage, made with the Chardonnay grape variety.

The harvest is entirely manual (mainly in 15 kg crates) with sorting on the stump and in vatting, and the vatting of the red grapes is carried out by gravity: our desire is to favor the best quality of grapes and to preserve the integrity berries for the winemaking process of our red wines.

Depending on the vintage, red vinification is carried out on whole clusters, or on destemmed harvests (or alternating the two in the same vat), limiting the use of oenological inputs as much as possible.

We carry out daily and rigorous monitoring of alcoholic fermentations, with meticulous management of temperatures, as well as pumping over operations (even punching down), to promote the extraction of color and tannins, our objective being to offer pleasant, fine and straightforward wines.
